The Texas Water Infrastructure Network (TXWIN) is a 501(C)(6) trade association based in Austin, Texas that works directly with the Texas Legislature, funding and regulatory agencies, political subdivisions, and other industry groups to represent and promote the interests of all Texas businesses involved in Texas water construction markets.

TXWIN Mission Statement
The mission of the Texas Water Infrastructure Network is to strengthen, unify, and grow the Texas water infrastructure construction market by promoting fair competition, sound public policy, and responsible procurement practices that support a healthy and transparent marketplace.

What TXWIN Does
TXWIN serves as a unified voice for companies building water infrastructure in Texas. The organization works with lawmakers, regulators, public agencies, engineers, and industry partners to promote policies that improve the environment in which water infrastructure projects are delivered.

TXWIN supports all legitimate procurement and contracting methods used by public owners and does not promote preferences among contracting vehicles.

Open Shop Principle
TXWIN supports the open shop principle and the ability of qualified companies to compete freely in the marketplace.

Collaboration and Respect
TXWIN encourages open discussion and respectful consideration of diverse viewpoints among members.

Our History

TXWIN was founded in 2013 by a group of Texas general contractors specializing in water infrastructure construction who recognized the need for a unified voice on regulatory and legislative issues affecting the development of water infrastructure markets in Texas.

Since its founding, TXWIN has grown into one of the most influential organizations representing the Texas water infrastructure construction industry.

Today, TXWIN membership includes leading Texas and national construction firms as well as specialty contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, engineering companies, consultants, and construction law firms that support the water infrastructure sector.
