Adam Leggett serves as Managing Director of Government Affairs at GRPR, where he provides government relations and strategic communications support to organizations navigating legislative and regulatory environments.
He brings more than two decades of public service experience, including senior roles in the Texas Legislature, the Office of the Governor, and in both the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate.
Adam has extensive experience in legislative strategy, policy development, and stakeholder engagement, and has worked on a wide range of issues including infrastructure, natural resources, technology, and regulated industries.
