The survey reflects input from utilities and stakeholders statewide and builds on prior years to track emerging trends and long-term needs.
2022 Texas Water Capital Needs Survey
The 2022 survey, conducted with Water Opinions, examined infrastructure needs, financing challenges, and decision-making factors during a period of significant disruption.
