A Voice for an Industry
The Texas Water Infrastructure Network (TXWIN) is a 501(C)(6) trade association based in Austin, Texas that works directly with the Texas Legislature, funding and regulatory agencies, political subdivisions, and other industry groups to represent and promote the interests of all Texas businesses involved in Texas water construction markets.
Our Mission
Working to Build Our State’s Future Water Infrastructure

TXWIN is a member-driven organization dedicated to promoting strong, sustainable, and competitive construction markets for Texas water infrastructure through policy development, education, and advocacy.
TXWIN also fosters collaboration among stakeholders across the water sector, including contractors, design professionals, suppliers, manufacturers, water authorities, municipalities, lawmakers, and regulatory agencies.
Through these efforts, TXWIN helps ensure Texas communities have the infrastructure needed to provide safe and reliable water service while supporting economic growth and responsible public investment.
Our History
TXWIN was founded in 2013 by a group of Texas general contractors specializing in water infrastructure construction who recognized the need for a unified voice on regulatory and legislative issues affecting the development of water infrastructure markets in Texas.
Since its founding, TXWIN has grown into one of the most influential organizations representing the Texas water infrastructure construction industry.
Today, TXWIN membership includes leading Texas and national construction firms as well as specialty contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, engineering companies, consultants, and construction law firms that support the water infrastructure sector.
