Since TXWIN’s inception, the goal of the organization has been to promote policy based on sound principles that promote a competitive Texas water infrastructure market. TXWIN has been the leader in achieving key reforms in Texas state contracting law that impact the water construction market. TXWIN has also influenced state law, state and federal agency policies on major infrastructure programs such as the EPA SRF programs administered by the Texas Water Development Board. TXWIN also works on behalf of our members with local government entities from water authorities to municipalities to assist them in promoting competition, transparency and fairness in contracting practices.
