Fred Dodd is a Project Manager at CSA Construction, Inc. located in Houston, Texas. CSA Construction is a Texas based contractor who has specialized in water/wastewater projects since the 1970’s, with over 100 projects completed. CSA self performs all aspects of these projects including earthwork, underground utilities, structural concrete, fabricated piping and equipment installation. Dodd has been with CSA since 2016. In his current capacity Fred’s duties consist of project management and estimating. Fred has been actively involved in TXWIN since 2013 as one of our founding members. Dodd has been involved in the water/wastewater industry for 20 years holding prior positions with Western Summit Constructors and Bryan Construction Company. Dodd graduated from Texas A&M University in 2000 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science. He currently resides in Bryan, Texas with his wife and two children.
